Navigate to “Registration Reports” under the ‘Registrations & Payments’ tab in the Dashboard. On the left, select the ‘Student Details’ tab.
From the Students Details tab, you can see details of each participant and assign them to groups, allowing you to organize your students and send emails to specific groups.
Group names can be customized, but for the example above we’ve used 1, 2, and 3.
Once you’ve created at least one group, you can filter participants by group from the Students Details tab.
It’s also possible to send an email to all students within a particular group. To do so, navigate to your dashboard, hover over "Communication" then choose "Send Email". In the compose email menu, “Select Recipients” and select the group that should receive the email.
