How do I leave a review?

 
ActivityHero makes it easy for you to leave reviews on your favorite activities. Take a look at the ActivityHero Reviews Guidelines for the information about acceptable reviews. 
 
There are 3 ways to leave a review: 
  1. From the My Registrations page
  2. From the Business page
  3. From the Activity page
To navigate from My Registrations page, hover over your account icon on the top right corner of the page, and click on 'My Registrations' from the drop down list.

Then click on Past to navigate to past registrations. Scroll down to the activity you want to leave a review for. Then click on the Write a Review Button.

A pop up window will appear in which you an write and submit a review for the selected activity.

Select your rating, and write a short review.
Click 'Submit' to complete the review.
 
If the review is approved by our administrator, it will be published.
 
 
To leave a review from Business Page, navigate to the Business Page, scroll down till you see a 'Write a Review' button. 
Click on that button, and a pop up window will appear where you'll be able to write and submit your review.

REVIEW GUIDELINES

ActivityHero reviews are for users who have booked the activity on ActivityHero.com. We will only publish reviews from verified buyers. Please allow 3-5 business days for the review to be processed. Reviews must be at least 50 characters and no more than 1000 characters (including spaces).

The best reviews offer a personal experience, a wealth of detail, and a helpful tip or two for other families. Here are some additional thoughts for conscientious reviewers.

Your own experience as a customer: Tell your own story about your personal or family’s experience while participating or enrolling in the program -- and steer clear of broad generalizations. No reviews written by owners, owner's family members, current employees, or past employees will be accepted. If you were not the participant attending the activity, you must contact the business with any concerns before writing a review. This is required when the participant is a child, so that you can learn more about the situation from the adults who were present. Include the age of your child, session location and other information to provide context for your review.

Relevant to other customers: No content that is not relevant to activity planning and research.

Review updates: Review updates should reflect a new experience or interaction with the business. We allow for one review per business per user. You can submit a new review if you would like to change your review.

Responses by businesses: We allow the business to respond to a review and address any specific complaints or explain what has been done to address them.

ActivityHero reserves the right to remove a review or business response at any time for any reason. The reviews posted on ActivityHero are individual and highly subjective opinions. The opinions expressed in reviews are those of ActivityHero members and not of ActivityHero, Inc.
