These instructions apply for original transactions that were processed before August 6, 2024, via WePay.
As of October 7, 2024, refunds for payments that were processed by WePay can only be issued through the WePay Merchant Center. This applies to all credit card payments that were made before August 6, 2024.
1. Login to WePay.
2. Go to Account Activity and click on the Search Options button in the Activity section. Enter a custom date range that corresponds with the original credit card payment you wish to refund.
3. Once you find the charge you would like to refund, select it, and you will see a button for Issue Refund.
4. Click "Yes, Issue refund" to complete the refund. It will refund the entire amount to the purchaser.
