Form Completion Reminder
Form Completion reminder emails are sent to families
- 2 and 14 days after the registration is completed & the forms are not filled.
- 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, 30 days before the start of the session.
- We will keep emailing them at the above frequency until they complete their form.
You will see "Waiting for forms" on the All Registrations report if the family has not completed the form. You can send your own email reminding them to complete the form if you wish.
