What is the Detailed Analytics Page?

ActivityHero provides insights into your listing's performance, including search statistics, email impressions, engagements, and registrations. You can also boost your activities to increase visibility.

To open your Detailed Analytics page, go to your dashboard, hover over Registrations & Payments, then click Detailed Analytics.

Filters

Date

The date filter appears at the top of most tabs and allows you to view impressions for a specific date range.

Day View

If you set the date range to 30 days or less, you'll have the option to view graphs by day. This lets you see daily impressions instead of the default monthly view.

Activity

The activity filter lets you view impressions for a specific activity. It will default to all activities, but select an activity from the dropdown to update the results.

Search Impressions

When you open the Detailed Analytics page, you'll land on the Search Impressions tab. This tab shows how many families are finding your listing through search, with a breakdown of monthly impressions. You’ll see how many impressions come from organic searches (families finding you on their own) and how many come from boosted searches (where ActivityHero helps increase your visibility). You can learn more about boosts later in the article.

Email Impressions

The Email Impressions tab shows how many families are finding your activities through ActivityHero email newsletters.

Newsletters include Email Spotlight Activities, which are premium placements reserved for providers who boost their activities specifically for these spots. These placements are limited and have the highest conversion rates.

There are also standard boosted spots in the newsletter, which guarantee your activities are included. In addition, your activities can be featured organically, based on their quality score.

The quality score considers several factors, including the number of registrations, favorites, session dates, age range, available discounts, and more.

You’ll be able to view monthly impressions broken down by source: Email Spotlight Boost, Email Boost, and Organic.

Engagements

The Engagements tab shows how many families viewed your ActivityHero listing during a specific month.

Page Filter
By default, you'll see engagement across all pages. You can also filter to view engagement for your main listing or individual activities.

Registrations

The Registrations tab shows how many registrations you've received for the selected date range.
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a button that links to your detailed Registration Reports.

For more information, check out our help article: What are the Registration Reports?

Boost Manager

The Boost Manager tab lets you review all of your boost activity.
If you haven’t boosted before, click the Boost Your Activity button to get started.

At the top of the page, select the activity and location you’d like to boost.
Choosing the correct location ensures your activity is shown to the right families based on the boost type you select.

Search

To add a Search Boost, make sure the checkbox is selected. This boost places your activity in the rotation of “Sponsored” listings in search results, helping it stand out when families search for relevant activities.

You’ll see the cost of the boost along with the number of views it will generate.
Choose between a one-time boost or a weekly recurring boost, and set the start date—by default, it begins immediately.

Email Newsletter Spotlight

To add your activity to an Email Newsletter Spotlight, check the box. Your activity will appear in featured placements within email newsletters, showcasing your activity photo and session details.

You can choose a one-time boost or set it to weekly recurring, and you'll see the estimated number of views for the cost.

You’ll also be able to select whether you'd like your activity to appear in the next upcoming newsletter (within 7 days) or schedule it for a future date.

Check the box if you’d like to save your payment details for future boosts.

Then click Pay and Boost to promote your activities.
