ActivityHero is excited to be a part of UrbanSitter’s Care Benefit. If your employer has approved this addition to your UrbanSitter Care benefit you will see an ActivityHero widget within the UrbanSitter platform.
You can elect to transfer amounts of $25, $100, $500 or any amount. Select the amount to transfer and enter your email address. Once the funds have been successfully transferred, you will receive an email from ActivityHero saying that your credits are now available.
1. From the email containing your ActivityHero Credit, copy the redemption code and click the "Redeem Your ActivityHero Credit" button. Then log in to your ActivityHero account or create a new account.

2. Once logged in, select 'Redeem a ActivityHero Credit' and enter your Redemption Code in the box, then select 'Apply'.
3. Once you've redeemed your ActivityHero Credit, it will be added to your ActivityHero credit balance:
4. You’ll notice a green banner near the top of your screen letting you know about your available credits.
5. When you register for an activity, you’ll see a check box to apply your ActivityHero credits to that purchase on the check out page.
What can I buy using ActivityHero Credit?
ActivityHero Credit can be used on any camp, class, or event accepting registrations on ActivityHero.com.
Do gift cards expire?
ActivityHero Credits do not have an expiration date.
