Qualifying Referrals

You refer a children’s activity provider to ActivityHero by emailing the provider and copying team@activityhero (dot com) on the referral
- The provider has been in business for at least 6 months, is open for new enrollments in children’s camps or classes, and is headquartered in the United States.
- The provider has not previously been referred or had an upgraded ActivityHero account before
- The provider has a phone call or web demo with ActivityHero within 30 days of your referral

- You’ll receive a $250 cash payment when the following conditions are met:
- The provider upgrades their ActivityHero account and receives $750 in registrations on ActivityHero within 6 months of the referral (or if the provider has paid for the Starter Plan for 3 months).
- All of the above conditions are met for at least one business
- Only one reward is issued per referred provider, and the determination will be made solely by ActivityHero
No individual, family, or business is eligible for more than $599 in rewards per calendar year.
Personal Connections Only
Referrals must strictly be used for personal purposes and shared only with personal connections. Personal links should not be distributed via commercial websites (such as coupon websites or Reddit). Use of any automated system, script or macro to participate in the Program or generate Qualified Referrals is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to issue any payments that we suspect were generated through improper channels.
No Spam
Bulk email distribution, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of a referral in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" in ActivityHero's sole discretion is expressly prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination of a user's account, exclusion from the Program, and cancellation of all payments.
Termination and Changes
ActivityHero reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or change these Terms and the methods through which payments may be earned at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion.
