How To Send or Respond to Direct Messages?

Responding to Direct Messages

Families can send you direct messages through ActivityHero. When a new message is waiting, you’ll see a red notification dot on your Dashboard Icon and the Communication tab.

When you open your Direct Messages, you’ll see a screen where you can view and respond to messages.

If you're not in your ActivityHero Dashboard at the time a message is sent, you’ll receive an email notification for each message received. 

Sending Direct Messages

To quickly send a message to a single participant:

  1. Go to Registration Reports under the Registrations & Payments tab in your Dashboard.
  2. Use the search bar to find the participant by name.
  3. Once you've located the participant, click the Actions dropdown.
  4. Select Message Participant to send your message.
