How can I copy or add dates to a session?

Copying a past session can save time if ages, times, or other key details remain the same.

  • Use Copy if you want to duplicate all of the session information.
  • Use Add Dates if you only want to keep the same details but change the dates.

Copy a Session

  1. From the dashboard, hover over Activities & Sessions and select Sessions & Content Manager.
  2. Find the session you want to copy and select it by checking the box on the left.
  3. Click the Copy button near the top of the page.
  4. Choose how many copies you’d like to make (up to 10 at once).
  5. Your new copies will appear at the top of your sessions list as Unpublished.
  6. Edit any details as needed, click Save, and then publish the copied sessions.

Add Dates

The Add Dates feature is a quick way to create new sessions using the same details but with updated dates.

Steps to Add Dates

  1. From the dashboard, hover over Activities & Sessions and select Sessions & Content Manager.
  2. Find the session you want to copy, then select it by checking the box on the left.
  3. Click the Add Dates button near the top of the page.
  4. The next logical date range will automatically populate.
    • Example: If your camp session runs 7/17–7/21 (Mon–Fri), the new session will default to 7/24–7/28 (the following Mon–Fri).
  5. Review the dates, then click Save & Publish.
