      How do I pay an invoice using a credit card?

      To pay using a credit card:
       
      1. Open the invoice email Subject: "You have an invoice from..." 
      2. Click 
      3.  Fill out the form
      4. Click Pay at the bottom of the form to finish
       
      Note: You will be unable to register for additional sessions with a provider if you have current, unpaid invoices from that provider.
