From your dashboard, hover over **Registrations & Payments** and select **Registration Reports**. 2. Find the participant you want to update, click **Actions**, and choose **Change Session** to open the editing screen.![](https://help.activityhero.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-1.png?width=1374&height=742&name=undefined-1.png) 3. Use the drop-down menus to select the new session. You can move the participant into a session that is full or waitlisted if needed.![](https://help.activityhero.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined.png?width=997&height=841&name=undefined.png) 4. To finish, decide whether you want the original spot to remain available. - Select **Change Session without opening a spot** to keep the spot count the same. - Select **Change Session and open a spot** to make the spot available for another registration. If you’re using custom questions on your registration forms, keep in mind how they work when moving a participant between sessions. When you move a participant, you’ll see the questions for the new session. If there are new custom questions the participant hasn’t answered, those will show as missing. If the old session included questions that don’t appear on the new session, those answers won’t be saved.
