You can issue credit card refunds for up to 270 days (9 months) after the original purchase. You can issue credit card refunds directly to the customer up to 270 days after the original purchase date. After 270 days you will need issue refunds by writing a check to the parent.
If the original payment was made before August 6, 2024 using our prior payment processor, WePay, you will need to issue the refund in the WePay Merchant Center.
As a reminder, when families requests a refund, you should determine the correct refund amount and enter it into ActivityHero for processing. You can enter a note with the refund amount and the parent will receive an email when the refund is processed.
