Why Doesn’t My Promo or Voucher Code Work?

If your promo/voucher code is not working you should contact the issuer of the promo code (for example, the camp or class provider) and let them know it's not working. Below are some common reasons why the promo code may not be working. 

  • Expiration or Minimum Purchase: Some promo codes have an expiration date or require a minimum purchase amount. If your order does not meet the conditions, the code will not apply.
  • One Code Per Provider Per Checkout: You can only use one promo or voucher code per activity provider in a single checkout. If you have multiple codes, you’ll need to check out one session at a time.
  • First-Time User Codes: Some codes are for new users or families only. If you’ve previously registered on ActivityHero, these codes may not be eligible.
  • Private Activities: Promo codes are not valid for private sessions. If your code is not working for a session you found directly on the provider’s site, contact the provider for more information.
