The Member Pricing feature allows you to offer multiple alternate price fields and descriptions. These alternate pricing options are available only to your members, giving you control over membership pricing.

Adding Members
To add members to ActivityHero, providers must send a CSV file that includes the member type, email address, and member ID. This allows us to verify participants during the checkout process.
At checkout, families will be prompted to enter their member ID. Their member type, email address, and member ID will be checked against the information in the CSV file. If the details match, they will be able to complete registration at the member price.
Setting Up Member Tier Pricing
- From your Dashboard, hover over Activities & Sessions and click Sessions & Content Manager.
- Create a new session or edit an existing session.
- In the Price section, you'll see two alternate price fields with description options.
- Enter the alternate price and a description.
- The Price Descriptor is essential and must match the participant's Member Type. If they don’t match, the participant will receive an error message when attempting to register.
- Complete the session setup process, then click Save & Publish.
Checkout Process for Member Pricing
1. Add the session to your cart.
2. View your cart and add a participant.
3. Enter the Member ID and submit it for verification.
If the Member ID cannot be verified by matching the email address, member type, and Member ID, the following message will appear:
"You are not eligible for member pricing as we could not verify your Member ID."
4. Complete the checkout process and submit payment.
The Member Tier Pricing feature provides flexibility to offer exclusive pricing to verified members. By enabling Member Tiers and setting up alternate pricing, you can ensure that eligible participants receive the correct discounts.
