ActivityHero sends a reminder email to all registered families before the session starts. The email is only sent if the participant's status is "enrolled."
The Session Reminder Email is automatically sent:
1 day before the session start date for online camps or classes
3 days before the session start date for in-person classes
5 days before the session start date for in-person camps
1 day before the session start date for in-person events or birthday parties
Another email is sent approximately 30-60 minutes before start time for all activities.
The email contains the session info, including what you entered in the "Post-Registration Info" for the session.
Post-Registration Info are sent in the registration confirmation emails and in the session reminder emails. For online classes and camps, we recommend including the meeting URL and any materials or software required. For local activities, you can include drop off instructions and what to bring. You can add Post-Registration Info when you edit the session.
