ActivityHero Rewards
When you sign up for ActivityHero, you are automatically enrolled in the rewards program. You earn points for purchases made on ActivityHero. Only purchases in the ActivityHero Marketplace are eligible to earn points. Purchases made through provider registration widgets or on provider websites are not eligible. ActivityHero Points
Points earned from purchases in the ActivityHero Marketplace are tracked in your account and can be redeemed for credits toward future purchases. In general, you earn one ActivityHero Point for every two dollars spent. Points usually appear in your account seven days after the session you purchased ends and expire three months from the date they become available. There are other ways to earn points, listed below:
- Qualifying Marketplace Purchases: Earn 1 point for every 2 dollars spent
- Bring a Friend to Class: Earn 1 point for every dollar your friend spends
- Write a Review: Earn 100 points

ActivityHero Credits
Credits can be applied to purchases to reduce the amount you pay with your payment method. You can receive ActivityHero Credits by redeeming points, using an ActivityHero Giftcard, participating in the Refer a Friend program, or receiving a credit refund from a provider.
Points to Credits
You can redeem ActivityHero Points for credits, starting at 500 points for 5 dollars of credit toward your next purchase. These credits expire 30 days after they are converted. For more details on converting points to credits, please check our terms and conditions.
ActivityHero Giftcards
When you receive an ActivityHero Giftcard, you can redeem it to add credits to your account. These credits can be used toward future purchases. Credits from gift cards do not expire. For more information about purchasing and using gift cards, visit our help article.
ActivityHero Referral Program
You can earn 15 dollars in credits for yourself and your referred friend through our referral program. This offer is only valid for new users. For more details on referring a friend, check out our help article.
Refunded Credits
Some providers may choose to issue refunds as credits. Please review the provider’s cancellation or refund policy to see if this option is available. Credits refunded by a provider can only be used for sessions offered by that provider.
