Most often, families are registering at the last minute, especially on Sunday night. We have made some changes to allow you to take registrations right up until the session start time, if that is your preference.
The values and definitions for "Stop Accepting Registrations" are as follows. The new definitions allow you to take registrations for a longer period.

In most cases, we have updated your settings to behave the same way as the previous definition, but we encourage you to double check your settings. You can view or edit your registration deadline by going to Activities & Sessions > Sessions & Contents Manager on your dashboard. From there, click on the "Registration Open" text to see your setting for "Stop Accepting Registrations."
If you want to change your settings for more than one session, you can use the Bulk Edit feature by selecting multiple sessions, then click the "Bulk Edit" button. You can select "Registration Start & End Dates" and to change the setting for all the selected sessions.
The default values for registration deadlines are based on the type of activity. If you want your setting different than these defaults, you can change the value for "Stop Accepting Registrations" on the Activity Description tab.
